Free, easy to use mobile application that allows physicians and care providers to recommend CKD patients to a Kidney Smart class near them. Kidney Smart classes are led by trained educators and provide general CKD education. These classes are available in neighborhoods across the U.S., are offered at no cost, and are open to the community.
